Computer Repair Provider Reaches Milestones
The growing ranks of Florida computer repair pros just got bigger - and younger.
If you've contracted a virus, a worm, or spyware, you might want to visit Titusville’s Brady O’Keefe, a 17-year-old high school senior also enrolled at Brevard C.C.
He recently reached two milestones - opening his own business, Brevard PC Repair, and he also became the youngest member of the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce.
No Fort Lauderdale computer repair organization we know can boast that.
“I’ve had a computer since I was three months old,” he said. “My dad used to repair them. I picked it up from him and I always wanted to open a computer repair store.”
In addition to repairing computers, O’Keefe sells used machines, hooks up networks, replaces hard drives and enhances computer performance. He also installs printers and tackles their problems. An associate of his does web design.
And, have no fear, for those without transportation or unable to bring in their equipment in to have the repairs, maintenance or the network support they need done, the youngster is making house calls!
Marcia Gaedcke, the president of the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce, tells Florida Today that the group gaining its youngest member is a great testament to the culture of the community: “We are excited for him and we wish him much success,” she said.
