Dell publishes battery recall website
For our many clients whom have now found themselves stuck with defective Dell batteries, getting through the dell support line to claim a replacement has proven to be an exercise in frustration and patience.
The volume of calls in response to the "exploding battery" recall has itself been an "explosive" burden on Dell's customer support hot lines. Excessively high call waits and dropped calls have been the norm since the recall announcement. Fortunately, we now have available a shortcut through the wait for our afflicted Dell customers.
